On October 19, 2024, MES Dental College proudly hosted a Breast Cancer Awareness Program in conjunction with the Wellness Foundation’s Pink Campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The event was inaugurated by Kunju Moideen KK, General Secretary of the MES State Committee, who emphasized the importance of early detection and education in combating breast cancer.
The program featured informative sessions led by Hussain Cheruthurthi from the Wellness Foundation in Thrissur, focusing on awareness, prevention, and the significance of regular screenings. Attendees participated in discussions about breast health, learned about self-examination techniques, and received valuable resources to spread awareness within their communities.
