The college is approved by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare New delhi, Dental Council of India, Govt of kerala and the college is affiliated to KUHS. The college is located in the MESAMS campus and is having all the state-of-the art infrastructure facilities excelling all other dental colleges in kerala. The college building comprises four stories with total floor area of 160000sq.ft.The annual intake of the college is 100 students are supervised and administered by highly qualified and experienced faculty members.

18TH BATCH BSD STUDENTS ORIENTATION PROGRAMME AND WHITECOAT CEREMONY
On October 30, 2024, MES Dental College held an orientation programme for the 18th batch of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) students, followed by a White Coat Ceremony. After the orientation, the White Coat Ceremony took place. This event marked the students' official entry into the healthcare community. Each student received their white coat in a ceremony attended by faculty and family members. They also took the dental oath, committing to uphold the ethics of the profession. Breast cancer awareness programme

BLS training programme
On October 14, 2024, MES Dental College hosted the second session of the Basic Life Support (BLS) training program in collaboration with the Department of Emergency Medicine, MES Medical College.
