The Department of Public Health Dentistry in collaboration with the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, MES Dental College, conducted a comprehensive dental camp at Aura Global School, Perinthalmanna on 11th June 2025.
A total of 475 students were screened during the camp. The program included interactive oral health awareness sessions and individual dental check-ups, aiming to educate children on the importance of oral hygiene and early prevention of dental issues.
The camp was coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Vanikrishna and Dr. Irene, with the active participation of 11 dental interns and a DORA representative, Mr. Saran.
The initiative was well-received by the school and served as a valuable step toward promoting preventive dental care among schoolchildren.
