The department of Public Health Dentistry, MES Dental College, conducted a comprehensive dental screening and awareness camp at PES school Puzhakattiri on 20/12/ 2025. The programme included oral examinations for students and parents, identification of common dental concerns, and personalised guidance on maintaining good oral hygiene.
Interactive awareness sessions were held to educate children on correct brushing techniques, prevention of dental caries, and the importance of regular dental check-ups.
The camp provided an engaging platform to promote healthy habits among young learners while strengthening community outreach and preventive dental care.
The coordinators of the camp also conducted an interactive game and quiz based on dentistry.
