A training programme titled “It’s Time to Change Your Attitude” was conducted for Non-teaching staff by Dr. Ahmed Noufal, Reader in the Department of Oral Pathology on 5th July 2024 at MES Dental College organized by the Department of Public Health Dentistry. Dr. Noufal shared his extensive clinical and life experiences to enhance the skills and attitude of the participants, who were mainly non-teaching staff working in various departments. The interactive session received positive feedback, with participants appreciating Dr. Noufal’s insightful sharing and engaging format. The programme successfully inspired and motivated the clinical assistants to adopt a positive attitude and improve their clinical skills, leading to improved patient care and teamwork.
