The college is approved by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare New delhi, Dental Council of India, Govt of kerala and the college is affiliated to KUHS. The college is located in the MESAMS campus and is having all the state-of-the art infrastructure facilities excelling all other dental colleges in kerala. The college building comprises four stories with total floor area of 160000sq.ft.The annual intake of the college is 100 students are supervised and administered by highly qualified and experienced faculty members.

World TB Day -TB Rally
The Health Services Department, Arogyakeralam, and the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP), Malappuram, organized the World TB Day Observationon 24th March 2025. The event aimed to raise awareness about tuberculosis and reinforce the commitment to its elimination. The program was inaugurated by M.K. Rafeeka, Panchayath President, and the District Collector of Malappuram, Sri. V.R. Vinod IAS**, attended as the Chief Guest. Various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, students, and community members, actively participated in the event. Participation of MES Dental CollegeMES Dental College participated in the TB awareness rally co-ordinated by Department of Public Health Dentistry , started from the Collectorate, Malappuram, and concluded at the Town Hall.
